Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Investor Relations Support the preparation and execution of our investor relations events including our investor earnings calls and conferences. Provide analysis of quarterly finance results to management, review external commentary from Wall Street and peers, and conduct any ad hoc analysis to aid in our business strategy. Gain the opportunity to interact with Senior leadership to support in creating presentations, reviewing press release remarks, and help aid in painting the financial story of our company. Expand your career though our Financial Analyst Rotation, gaining experience in other areas of finance and accounting every 1-2 years. Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: hybrid, 30% in office expectation In this role you will:
Support the quarterly earnings process by partnering and collaborating cross functionally within the Finance department and across the organization to set timelines, gather information related to quarterly financial performance, managing SharePoint site, preparing analyses, preparing the initial draft of the quarterly earnings press release, and reviewing management's prepared remarks for accuracy. Assist and support the creation of external Investor Relations presentations for CPG conferences, SJM investor day, and other investor events. Prepare supplemental materials to be published externally. Create initial draft of board materials, Company Business Review, and Connect & Cascade slides. Analyze, summarize, and provide senior management the following: peer, customer, and analyst news and commentary, consensus estimate information, market performance, shareholder composition, and the preparation of a monthly reporting package. Prepare reference materials for executive officers participating in investor meetings and conferences, which includes investor targeting analyses, summaries of financial results, and support of event coordination. Assist in various ad-hoc requests from senior leadership, FP&A, and strategy such as peer bench-marking and stock price analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of finance or accounting experience Strong verbal & written communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
