Manager, Patient Care Applications, Hybrid (KY/IN Residents Only)

Responsible for 3rd party applications onboarding, build, maintenance and support. Responsible for planning, managing, overseeing and leading the work of the team. Responsible for leading the team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement and goal accomplishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors the roll-out of new and existing software applications to ensure there are no issues or problems. Creates and oversees protocols and procedures for the use of new applications.
• Collaborates with business owners and/or operations to assess the need for and/or efficiency of applications. Contributes to the analysis of whether to upgrade applications or install new applications.
• Lead IT analysts in building, testing, quality assurance and support of applications/software. Lead IT analysts in the implementation and upgrading of applications/software.
• Develops objectives for the team as appropriate that align with the department goals

**This position has the opportunity to be a hybrid position. You will be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility and must be able to come in for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**

Required:

• With Bachelor's degree, three years in an IT analyst/specialist role.
• Without Bachelor's degree 7 years in an IT management role and 3 years of application support role
