The Systems Integrator will be responsible for engaging with the program sponsor to analyze existing applications, systems, and business processes to provide the necessary guidance for the migration of selected service providers' Enterprise Tools. They will engage with the selected organizations and assist with the research, plan development, and implementation to transition the selected organizations off the legacy application, including their systems and processes. Additionally, they will collaborate with other Global personnel to ensure that the Enterprise Management policies can integrate with the sponsor organization successfully.

The Systems Integrator will gain deep insight into the customer's business priorities and lead consulting engagements, enabling customers to meet their mission, business, and systems' disaster recovery (DR) objectives. Serving as a trusted advisor, they will help to define the Enterprise Architectural strategy and lead technical deployments that enable the customer to realize continuous value from their investment in the sponsor's technologies, solutions, and operational sustainability. The objective of this role is to architect, migrate and deploy Enterprise applications/systems and the modernization of legacy platforms and capabilities.

Lead team in planning, development, and implementation of customer information technology (IT) continuity and disaster recovery policies and practices to ensure resiliency for mission critical IT systems and services.

• Promote collaboration among Sponsor's IT systems owners/service providers and Intelligence
• Prepare and coordinate the IT continuity program control gate documentation, schedule meetings, and document and track project schedules, actions, and milestones
• Participate in product development, product reviews, and beta testing in support of IT Continuity policy management deliverables
• Promote and communicate IT continuity policy best practices, advancing awareness of IT resiliency requirements
• Collect, analyze, and maintain resiliency attributes about sponsor IT systems
• Assess IT continuity artifacts for compliance against requirements
• Report data about IT systems, service continuity, and compliance

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers, to develop and implement integrated business continuity plans that meet program requirements
• Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data
• Ability to assist in the preparation of plans and reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence
• Ability to compose technical documents including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
• Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data
• Extensive experience with IT Infrastructure to include networks, systems, and applications
