Primary Responsibilities:



  • Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data
  • Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning
  • Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
  • Develop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes



This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story.

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Operations
  • Experience in analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting data points to provide insights and recommendations
  • MS Office experience - with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smart Sheets



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience presenting to Senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
