Warehouse Associate - Join a Leading Health & Wellness Brand Are you an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift skills looking for a long-term opportunity? Staffmark is hiring for a top-rated sleep-aid brand in Chatsworth, CA. This role requires teamwork with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift \| Monday - Friday (Possibly Saturday) \| 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including unloading and loading trucks. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts following safety guidelines. Track and document shipments, and maintain records and inventory logs. Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization. Ensure proper storage, tagging, labeling, and handling of merchandise. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SOPs. Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily warehouse demands. Participate in monthly training sessions on SOPs, safety, and cGMP guidelines. Assist with delivery truck check-ins, order preparation, and shipment tracking. Report any equipment, material, or process concerns for resolution. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts Knowledge of inventory and logistics software (ERP systems preferred) Forklift Certification (preferred, but not required) Valid Driver's License Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Apply Today!
