What You Can Expect As the IT Infrastructure Manager you will be the driving force behind the core technologies that keep our growing organization running smoothly and securely. Each day, you'll manage and maintain backend systems including servers, cloud services (Microsoft Azure), network infrastructure, and identity management tools, ensuring the reliability and scalability of all IT operations. You'll take the lead on infrastructure projects, oversee security technologies like firewalls, and support user onboarding and permissions. This role also includes occasional hands-on support and close collaboration with a small, agile team-making it ideal for a solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll be a key player in building a high-performing IT function from the ground up. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Compensation Salary Range: $131,000 - $200,790 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
