Job Summary Embedded within our Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office as part of the OCM CoE, the ideal candidate is an expert in strategic organizational change advisory and execution and takes on a leadership role without specific direct reports. In this highly visible role, this individual will support senior leadership by delivering strategic organizational change solutions for complex, high-priority enterprise initiatives, aligning leaders and project stakeholders to accelerate successful outcomes on enterprise investments, building change leadership competencies across the organization, and transforming our operating model to help drive value, growth and improve the affordability of our products and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters degree with 5 years' experience in change management and organizational development OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience in change management and organizational development
  • Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation
  • Project management skills and experience team, and consulting skills and experience working collaborative in a diverse work group
  • Consultative skills and negotiation skills
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Analytical skills including methodologies and development of tools
  • Leadership/management experience

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters degree
  • Prosci, CCMP or other change management related certification
  • Health insurance, healthcare industry or consulting experience
  • Project management tools such as MS Project and / or Visio

This is a hybrid role located in our Chicago office.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
