With our team, your work will influence and assist approximately 16,000 inspection stations and 103 schools statewide!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this beginning-level professional role, you will analyze statistical data for vehicle safety, inspections, and emissions and make recommendations to improve vehicle inspection programs, policies, and procedures. This includes developing presentations and reports for management as well as assisting our customers with computer system password resets and connectivity issues. Your responsibilities will include establishing and leading studies and projects to determine the impact of vehicle inspection programs and the extent to which goals and objectives are being met; assisting with the review and analysis of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures affecting the vehicle inspection programs; and collaborating closely with project management and vendor teams on all interfaces to ensure system integrity and provide recommendations of future interface requirements. - Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Must be available off hours including weekends as needed for planned IT system release support and issue resolution.
- This position may require overtime as needed.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- This position may be eligible for alternate work schedule (AWS)
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of paraprofessional analytical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
