As a Documentation Support Specialist II, you will review all deposit account documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance to policy, procedure and regulations and perform required deposit account maintenance on the core system. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including insuring client data is maintained at the highest level of consistency and accuracy, archiving all account documentation electronically, and maintain and improve quality by achieving performance goals. You will provide training and support for all new Documentation Support Specialists in addition to identifying ways to streamline current processes. Documentation Specialist II is expected to support Banking Center Associates and Enterprise Resource Center associates with new deposit account processes and questions including account titling, documentation and bank regulations, and build a great rapport with fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements. Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.
