Job Overview Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sourcing Project Coordinator to join our Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on leading enterprise RFQ initiatives, supporting commodity managers, and acting as a project management resource for the COE team and initiatives. A Day In The Life Coordinate enterprise RFQ (Request for Quotation) initiatives under the direction of the Senior Manager, COE. Support Commodity Managers with central RFQs to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Create RFQ templates with the support of Commodity Managers. Assist with supplier capability studies to identify potential vendors and optimize sourcing strategies. Act as a project management resource for the COE team and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies and achieve business objectives. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in sourcing practices. What will help you thrive in this role? Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role. Prior purchasing or sourcing experience is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
