Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the Service Department, providing support and training for technicians.
  • Oversee customer service, including quoting, scheduling repairs, and providing updates.
  • Handle warranty processing, optimize service efficiency, and improve job flow.
  • Manage work-in-progress (WIP), ensuring timely order completion and billing.
  • Supervise administrative tasks, including budgeting, hiring, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain building and vehicle upkeep while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:



  • 3-5 years of service management, equipment maintenance, or related experience (preferably in a dealership or industrial setting).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of dealership systems, financial reporting, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in technical support, warranty processing, and team leadership.
