Meet the Team The Commercial Select team of Services and Software Account Executives are a high performing team who work in a fast pace dynamic environment. We are a collaborative team who celebrates each other's wins, shares best practices and always available to help. We are goal oriented, creating strong customer relationships and driving business outcomes with our vast portfolio of services and buying programs. We collaborate with our connected team: Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Software and Services Renewal Managers, Services Specialists Core, Delivery, Legal, Finance and our Partner ecosystem to develop strategies that leverage our services and buying programs to simplify doing business with Cisco and help our customers to achieve faster time to value. Your Impact As a Services and Software Account Executive you will be a key member of the account team, you will drive customer experience transformation and intimacy leading the services strategy within your accounts. You will be crucial in growing the New Recurring Annual Contract Value (ACV) Premium Services, Buying programs and Advanced Services. Leveraging your consultative selling experience you will develop a deep knowledge of your customers business, identify opportunities, qualify, forecast and close winning solutions.
