Sign On Bonus: $10,000.00 Telecare's Director of Nursing is similar to Registered Nurse (RN) 4 in the community. Pierce County E&T is a secure 16-bed inpatient facility for adults, ages 18+ diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Patients are experiencing acute mental health crisis and pose an actual or imminent risk of harm to self or others. The average stay is 7 to 22 days. Shifts: Full Time Salary, 40 hours per week | Approx Monday - Friday | Approx. 8:00am - 5:00pm Expected starting wage range is $136,906.57 - $169,119.80. Top of the range is $201,333.04. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Required Qualifications
