                    As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will play a key role in the development, maintenance and optimization of reporting and analysis solutions. This position will directly collaborate with finance, accounting and business partners to design and implement insightful reporting and analysis tools.

                    This role will require experience as a subject matter expert in various business situations and use financial acumen to develop data models that aid in providing actionable, insightful analysis. By thoroughly understanding the company's businesses and industries, the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be able to highlight how the company can leverage its strengths and capitalize on opportunities.

                    Within the Finance department, this role must be able to drive process improvement on a continuous basis. This will require a strong systems proficiency, project management skills, and ability to engage others by working cross-functionally to implement new systems and procedures.

                    ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:



                    • Develop and maintain financial reporting models and templates to streamline reporting processes.
                    • Lead monthly financial reporting package preparation and publication.
                    • Research variances, trends and financial and operational drivers to prepare advanced presentations and reports that articulate clear recommendations to business leads.
                    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and statistical information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
                    • Develop profitability modeling and reporting at the item, project, customer, and entity levels.
                    • Support preparation of Board and SLT financial review presentations.
                    • Administrator/Lead of EPM/financial reporting system which includes user security, database maintenance, report development, and end user training.
                    • Assist in preparing annual budget and forecasts by providing financial insights and analysis.
                    • Lead the investigation of daily sales/margin data integrity and resolution when required.
                    • Drive continuous process improvement within finance organization.



                    Education:



                    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other applicable major required
                    • MBA preferred


                    Experience and/or Training:



                    • 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics
                    • Experience with sales, operations, and financial planning
                    • Experience with complex financial modeling and forecasting methods
                    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. Planful, Hyperion, BPC), and BI systems (e.g. Power BI, Cognos, Halo, Tableau)
                    • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and KPI tools
                    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners and communicate models and underlying assumptions clearly to influence decision making
                    • Detail oriented with exceptional analytical, organizational, project management, and presentation skills
                    • Results-driven approach with ability to operate under a high degree of autonomy in making decisions and implementing change
                    • Solutions-oriented with ability to quickly assess a situation and offer alternatives with related risks and rewards
                    • The ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization and consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions
                    • The ability to identify challenges, actively work to find solutions and make ongoing process improvements
                    • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects
                    • Ability to provide excellent customer service to multiple customers with competing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
                    • Ability to work well in a team environment and make significant individual contributions

                    The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $71,725 and $91,355 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:



                    1. Experience and qualifications: The depth of relevant experience and specific skills you bring to the position.
                    2. Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
                    3. Market and industry benchmarks: We compare compensation packages with industry standards to ensure we are competitive.
