The Claussnitzer Laboratory in the Center for Genomic Medicine (CGM) at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic candidate to join our research group.
*Patient Eligibility and Recruitment: Screening potential participants and determining their suitability for the study
*Informed Consent: Educating participants about the study and obtaining written consent
*Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with perioperative staff and lab teams to ensure successful tissue collection
*Data Collection and Management: Accurately collecting, entering, and maintaining research data.
*Regulatory Compliance: Keeping regulatory documents up-to-date and adhering to ethical standards.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Science required

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
Yes

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Some relevant research project work 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Careful attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Working knowledge of clinical research protocols.
- Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism for subjects' rights and individual needs.
