Job Summary:

Belden is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Corporate Digital Marketing to drive our global email marketing automation, marketing data initiatives, and the creation of dynamic landing pages. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, email marketing best practices, marketing data management, and Salesforce CRM. A demonstrated ability to stay current with digital marketing technologies, platforms, and trends, including AI advancements, is essential. This role will report to the Director, Corporate Digital Marketing.

You will make an impact in the following ways:

Global Email Marketing Automation & Landing Page Development:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive global email marketing strategies, including newsletters, drip campaigns, nurture programs, and promotional emails, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Utilize Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to manage and optimize email campaignsand landing pages, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and technical performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results, providing insights for global marketing teams.


Global Marketing Data Management:



  • Oversee the health and integrity of the global marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage data enrichment and validation projects to improve data quality, addressing regional data variations.
  • Manage data segmentation and targeting for personalized global email campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, and others).
  • Develop and maintain global marketing data documentation andprocesses.


Marketing Analytics & Reporting:



  • Identify commercially-relevant KPI metrics and establish track and reporting mechanisms related to email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and broader marketing performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to global and regional marketing teams.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness across multiple channels.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on campaign performance, marketing data insights, and Salesforce CRM data.


What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing automation and marketing data management in a global context.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including reporting and analyzing data.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing landing pages.
  • Experience using design tools such as Stensul is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of global email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $110,000 - $135,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
