Process Engineering Intern

Job Summary:

This position will support improvement of the current production processes through respecting our teammates and their safety, supporting new breakthroughs with your skills and personality and achieving assigned goals by collaborating with team members (internal and external) as a key contributor to our established competencies.

Engineering Intern/Co-op (3 months or 6 months)

Shifts Available and Hours: Days Shift Monday- Friday 7am to 4pm- flexible

While primarily a Monday thru Friday day shift role, flexibility for off-shift and weekends may be needed for project completion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with different departments on both general and specific projects, such as maintenance, reliability, environmental, sustainability/profitability improvement, quality, etc.
  • Specific projects will be coordinated with the candidate's skill set for maximum synergy of the employee's focus area and company needs.
  • Industrial Engineering student will have projects for material flow management improvement.
  • Present improvements or opportunities as well as new projects.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Enrolled at ABET accredited program, preference towards Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.



Preferred Skills/Qualifications:



  • Intermediate to advanced skills on MS Office.
  • Able to present in high level management meetings.
  • Able to communicate in all levels of the organization.
  • Administrative skills, able to manage and organize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Networking and communication skills are greatly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in schematics and circuits diagrams.
