Machine Operator

FieldBridge Energy seeks some machine Operators to work in Lawrence, KS, for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay +benefits.

Pay / Schedule: $22/hr base pay with shift differentials. Monday-to-Friday schedule. Three shift options available: 1st shift (7 AM - 3 PM), 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM, +$1/hr), and 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM, +$1.50/hr). Great opportunity for OT pay. At 50 hours per week on the 3rd shift for example, earn weekly paychecks of ~ $1,300 gross.

The role involves performing routine and non-routine tasks in the manufacturing of electrical submersible petroleum pump cables and rubber-molded products. The operator is responsible for setting up and operating equipment, monitoring quality, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to ensure production efficiency.

Key requirements:

• Mechanical and/or manufacturing experience; forklift operation preferred.
• Ability to use measuring instruments, understand specifications, and operate machinery.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work all 3 shifts, rotate shifts, and work overtime.
