Key Responsibilities: * Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. * Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage. * Provide 5-star customer service to all members, creating a lasting impression. * Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with achieving quarterly sales goals. Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum 6 months of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required. * Experience working in a role with sales metrics. * Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs. * Comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service. * Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns. * Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr. - Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401K matching up to 5% per pay period - Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment - 11 paid federal holidays - Special employee pricing on lending products mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Hillsboro,OR.
