Executive Assistant, US TTR Commercial

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide consistent, high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the U.S. TTR Commercial Team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong project management capabilities, and outstanding communication skills. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to manage complex schedules, navigate competing demands, maintain confidentiality, and support both individual and team objectives with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars for senior executives, including scheduling internal and external meetings, resolving conflicts, and partnering effectively with other administrative professionals.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and meeting logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a communication liaison, managing and prioritizing incoming emails and requests; organize conference calls, Zoom meetings, agendas, and presentation materials.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide additional support as needed for broader Commercial department including travel, scheduling ad-hoc meetings and coordinating guests.
  • Act as a collaborative member of the Executive Assistant team, participating in team meetings and initiatives, and supporting cross-coverage and shared responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred with a minimum of 10 years related experience required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with meticulous attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience within the life sciences industry or in a commercial or HR function is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Resourceful, solutions-focused, and committed to excellence in execution.
