What is the opportunity?

The Field Marketing Websites Program Lead is responsible for growing and maintaining a best-in-class field marketing websites program focused on client/prospect experience, business results, and advisor satisfaction. Programs under the leadership of this role include financial advisor websites, complex/branch websites, the advisor/branch locator tool, and local listings.

What will you do?

  • Managing websites development and enhancement projects, within established timeframes and budgets, ensuring appropriate change management practices and communications.
  • Driving program growth strategies by showcasing program successes and delivering webinars and group training sessions on best practices.
  • Working with internal and external support teams to advance technologies and escalate any concerns.
  • Providing guidance to the Field Marketing team to ensure superior support for financial advisors and field management regarding websites and local listings regarding websites and listings development, maintenance, promotion, and best practices.
  • Partnering with product & corporate marketing and creative teams, as well as social media and corporate website team members in maintaining web content libraries, ensuring all website content is accessible, optimized for SEO and aligned with digital best practices.
  • Maintaining advisor program governance, ensuring appropriate approval and retention of all program content and documentation within firm and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing custom domain registrations and renewals.
  • Reconciling monthly billing to program participants and ensuring the timely payment of all program-related invoices.
  • Staying informed about industry and digital marketing trends and best practices to serve as an engaged and contributing leader.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Four-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field and a minimum of seven years digital marketing experience, with focus on website management.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services with demonstrated experience leading large projects and/or strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing digital marketing strategies and programs across an enterprise.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Self-starter who can make decisions independently.
  • Third-party vendor and agency relationship management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and website content management systems. Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion.

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Seven years of marketing financial services, including retail and business to business distribution systems.
  • Experience in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, domain management, and paid digital advertising.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, Squarespace, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hearsay, Facebook (ad manager), LinkedIn, Instagram

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$115,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
