Our client is looking for a* *Asset Management Lead or Team Lead. This resource will oversee Technology Asset logistics and operations at the Hyattsville, MD Depot. The ideal candidate will have a deskside support and have ServiceNow experience. This person will be a point of contact for TEKsystems and resources that currently work in the depot that perform physical asset IMAC activities (PCs, printers, scanners etc) imaging and logistics documentation in ServiceNow.
General Deskside Support experience: oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr.
