Position Title: GMP SITE SUPERVISOR

SHIFT: 2 PM -11 PM

Salary: $67,000 - $85,000

Pay Grade: 14

Job Summary

Competencies & Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience with increasing responsibility within facilities services or a related service field.
Strong ability to manage and supervise cleaning operations and teams, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Knowledge of safety protocols, training compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with clients, staff, and management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Description

ESFM is seeking a Night GMP Night Supervisor

2PM - 11PM

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:
Review electronic and paper logs for accuracy and completion on a weekly basis per the SOP.
Correct logbook errors and make necessary corrections in alignment with GSK standards.

Training Compliance:

Oversee new hires and refresher training courses.
Monitor the training

Status of associates weekly to ensure compliance and readiness.]

Train new hireson GMP cleaning and expectations per client SOP's

Project Management:

Perform GEMBA walks for each building at the designated frequency (weekly, monthly, and yearly).
Ensure that special cleaning requests for each building are covered, whether planned or unplanned (e.g., same-day deep cleaning for specialty areas due to spills).
Inventory Management
Manage lab consumable and supply levels to ensure availability and efficiency.

Cleaning Supervision:
Supervise daily cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the schedule (including ESFM supervision for Building 40 cleaning by ESFM staff).
Ensure that all cleaning equipment functions properly, clean, and professional in appearance at all times.
Client Communication:
Engage with clients and integrators daily to fulfill requests, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Measure customer satisfaction and implement action plans for areas below standard.
Internal Audits:

Conduct internal assessments of ESFM operations to ensure safety, quality compliance, and adherence to procedures.
Review customer SOP and logbook entries to ensure compliance with client contracts.

Specific Accountabilities

Staff Management:
Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring proper coverages for all assigned accounts.
Coach and develop hourly staff, conducting weekly one-on-one sessions and providing corrective feedback as needed.
Ensure that all associates are fully trained in technical and safety procedures, with all training properly documented.

Safety & Security:

Oversee safety compliance for staff, ensuring adherence to facility safety protocols, including emergency response plans.
Function as the after-hours contact for property management and ensure all safety requirements are met.
Execute safety and Workers' Comp reporting protocols, reviewing Safety and Injury reports with the Unit Director .
Equipment Management:
Assign equipment to staff, monitor daily use, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure equipment is always in optimal working condition.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to client-mandated cleaning specifications, security protocols, emergency response plans, and all local regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Participate in facility Quality Assurance programs and ensure continuous improvement in service standards.
Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, policies, and procedures for assigned accounts.
