This is an exciting time to join CPS Energy and be part of the founding team that is defining our digital transformation. The right individual will display leadership and influence; conceptualize and deliver iterative solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical growth; and demonstrate the value of Design Thinking of the holistic end-to-end experience throughout the product life cycle. Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Experience working in a technology-advanced company as either a product manager, product designer, or similar discipline.
Experience applying agile, design thinking, or user centered design approaches to launch digital products.
Relevant information technology and/or business experience, including work within a digital function.
Strong understanding and experience with user research and data analytics.
Proficient in running workshops, establishing, and managing backlogs, and delivering iterative value.
Experience using feedback, research, or analytics, to inform product and design decisions. Preferred Qualifications

Either a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Human Centered Design, or similar field or equivalent years of professional experience. Required Certifications Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating desktop or laptop computers, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion.
Use of personal computing equip, cell phone, remote collaboration tools. Ability to travel to & from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
