Founded in 1999, Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization that operates four clinic locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. More than 100 employees support our agency's mission to improve the health and quality of life of the community by providing culturally competent services that address identified needs. We provide high quality, comprehensive care to roughly 16,000 patients annually, a majority of who are low-income. No one is ever turned away from our clinics based on insurance status or ability to pay. As a new Behavioral Health Consultant - Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Progressive Community Health Centers, Inc., you can expect a structured and rewarding schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Your required qualifications include a degree and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Licensed Social Worker/ Licensed Professional Counselor in medical setting or Federally Qualified Health Center
• Prior work with diverse patient population
• Familiarity or work experience in integrated behavioral health models.
