This jobs main focus is to provide high-level internal and external administrative support and assistance to the VP of Collaboration and Coaching Leadership Team along with others as assigned.

Job Requirements:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years administrative experience required, 3+ years experience preferred.
  • High proficiency in and knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and email.
  • Skills in effective oral and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, to manage time well and to complete assignments as directed.
  • Possesses a high degree of integrity and sense of fairness.
  • Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships and is respectful of boundaries.
  • Values diligence, equality, equal opportunity.
  • High degree of confidentiality required.
  • Able to follow written & oral instructions and use analytical thinking while prioritizing work.
  • Able to concentrate in a busy office environment and respond to frequent interruptions.
  • Able to work on complex assignments and to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with attention to detail and using good time management skills.
  • While complex mathematical concepts are not required, the ability to do basic addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication may be part of daily tasks.
  • Able to provide insight into the dynamics of the group and exercise good balance/objective judgment of discussion at hand.
