Part of Omnicom's Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR ROLE:

As the Enterprise Architect you will lead and oversee the architecture practice for your client portfolio, managing a multi-disciplinary team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining multi-functional technology solutions. This role will drive architectural vision, establish technical standards, and ensure alignment between business strategy and technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence across all platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Lead and mentor a diverse architecture team, including management of offshore resources
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes
  • Design and oversee implementation of high-availability cloud-based solutions
  • Create and maintain enterprise-wide architecture documentation, including data models, system diagrams, and integration patterns
  • Guide technical decision-making for new features and platform enhancements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives
  • Manage existing platform operations while driving innovation and modernization initiatives
  • Establish and monitor architecture KPIs and success metrics
  • Provide technical leadership in evaluating new technologies and platforms


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:



  • 15+ years of technology experience with 8+ years in enterprise architecture roles
  • Proven experience leading architecture teams and managing offshore resources
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures
  • Strong background in high-availability system design and implementation
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and maintaining architecture artifacts and documentation
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, information design, and security principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Track record of successful enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives


EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in technology management or execution role
  • Experience in at least one major Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Relevant experience with Integration Technologies (e.g. APIs, ESBs, Message Queues)
  • Knowledge of at least one modeling/diagraming tool: Visio or equivalent
  • Salesforce or Adobe Campaign experience preferred

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
