Digital Services Product Manager, Americas

As the Digital Services Manager you will lead key programs to drive PPG Automotive Refinish coatings growth within the Americas region including the PPG MOONWALK mixing platform, PPG AdjustRite commercial estimating system and third-party Body Shop Management Systems. You will manage a team of marketing professionals supporting main digital services to drive digital revenue and new business wins. The Digital Services Manager will deploy marketing strategies and influencing the sales organization to implement. Responsibilities include applying global resources and tailoring programs to meet local customer requirements to maximize revenue by demonstrating PPG's track record and value proposition. You will report to the Digital Color & Equipment, Product & Segment Director, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead local Moonwalk program including supplier contracts, inventory/forecasting, subscription management, installation, service and deployment
• Partner with global resources along with the technical training, digital color & equipment teams and distribution to drive the value proposition with the sales team and target volume growth
• Communicate and deploy training both internally and externally for PPG sales champions and Distributor Technical Representatives
• Manage USCA digital services programs, which include Moonwalk, AdjustRite, subscription programs and Body Shop Management Systems while collaborating with global tools to maximize value and reach
• Deploy promotional tools including benefit calculator apps, selling tools and assets to support MoonWalk tours
• Work with global team to guide innovation and next-generation digital services and other equipment and tools to be launched in PPG Refinish to meet local customer needs
• Position digital services as a OnePPG value proposition along with other digital innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related degree
• 5 to 10 years+ of relevant experience
• Collaborate on a global team to achieve results
• Demonstrate creativity
• Communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences across all levels
