Directs the day to day operations of the Rehabilitation Services Team: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology. As a member of the Rehabilitation Services leadership team, the individual demonstrates clinical expertise, role models effective inter-professional collaboration and communication and builds/maintains strong working relationships with leaders throughout the organization. Responsibilities include effective resource utilization, team member evaluation and performance management, program development and quality assurance/performance improvement.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology. Prefer Master's Degree or higher in one of the three disciplines Experience: 3 years of Supervisory Experience. Possesses well developed written and oral skills. Possesses personal qualities of integrity, maturity and flexibility coupled with high energy, tenacity and resourcefulness. Licensure: None required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
