Snowflake's Workload Experiences team has the critical role of providing our customers robust, intuitive user experiences to help administrators confidently manage their accounts and organizations at scale. As Snowflake continues to lead the industry in AI solutions and innovate in compute capabilities, our customers need a smooth, consumer-grade UI that simplifies complex administrative tasks across data governance, security, cost management, warehouse optimization, and user & role management. As a PM you will drive the strategy for building a seamless and efficient UI experience across these key workloads, ensuring customers can effectively control and optimize their Snowflake deployment at scale. You will work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and other product managers to identify the highest-priority problems, define hypotheses and success metrics, brainstorm solutions, set and measure against OKRs, and ensure we're consistently shipping high-quality, high-performance experiences. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
