What you'll do We are seeking a seasoned and energetic Technical Lead to collaborate closely with our Data Engineers and Product Owner. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data engineering, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in developing data-driven solutions. You will be accountable for supervising the design, development, and upkeep of our data platform, ensuring the delivery of top-notch data products. This role is a blend of software engineering leadership and business sensibility applied towards pushing our consulting business to the forefront of technical solutioning. You will propel technical solutions to enterprise maturity to advance our data platform for the firm. This is a full time Director position. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 5.67 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave and twelve holidays. The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $170,000/year - $400,000/year with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
