Job summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of BPO SPE Data with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in Cards & Payment and Retail - Back Office. This is a work from home position with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Provide accurate information to customers regarding their queries and concerns. Resolve customer issues related to Cards & Payment and Retail Back Office processes. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security. Assist in training new team members on process and product knowledge. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for process improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality. Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to team goals. Provide support for additional tasks as required by the management. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in handling Cards & Payment processes. Exhibit knowledge of Retail Back Office operations. Show ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Display problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
