Job Description
ECU Department of ITCS Computer Labs & Advanced Technologies is currently seeking a motivated student to serve as a Comp Refresh Tech 1. This job is an introduction into the field of Information Technology and Desktop Support. The main focus for this position will be working on the computer refresh projects around campus. Duties include moving inventory from the warehouse, imaging computers, scheduling installs with clients, documenting serial numbers and bringing back old systems for re-distribution on campus.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Applicant must be a currently enrolled student at ECU

Applicant has experience working with PC's, Macs, and/or printers in a support environment.

Applicant must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly, have an acceptable driving record and a minimum of 3 years driving experience to be able to drive state owned vehicles to perform job duties.

Students will be trained to do specific tasks; customer service experience is mandatory and any experience in technology support is highly preferred.
