Fraud Prevention & Compliance Coordinator The Fraud Prevention and Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in safeguarding the university from identity theft, financial aid fraud, and abuse. This position is tasked with preventing, detecting, monitoring, and accurately reporting related issues to the Associate Director of Fraud Prevention and Compliance. The Fraud Prevention and Compliance Coordinator will assist in analyzing trends and incidents, to mitigate risks of identity theft, financial aid fraud, and abuse. Additionally, this role ensures adherence to university regulations and policies, supporting the institution's overall compliance efforts. Responsibilities:
Per the US Department of Education Program Integrity Rules, postsecondary institutions that participate in the student financial assistance programs pursuant to Title IV of the Higher Education Act (HEA) are barred from providing incentive payments to any person or entity engaged in student recruiting and/or admissions activities. Reporting Relationships: The Fraud Prevention and Compliance Coordinator will report to the Associate Director of Fraud Prevention and Compliance and has no direct reports. Requirements:
