We are in search of an exceptional Healthcare Recruiter/Sales Professional to join our growing team.

Healthcare Recruiter/Sales Professional Responsibilities:



  • Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles.
  • Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates.
  • Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' sales or recruitment experience.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
  • Ability to set and surpass goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
