In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you'll be doing...

The Associate Director Store Standards & Field leads a team ensuring sales and execution align with brand standards. This highly visible role demands strong prioritization, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills to identify obstacles, provide reporting/executive summaries, and collaborate across the organization for actionable recommendations and improved frontline execution. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive product/service performance, inspect brand standards, gather feedback, and implement business improvements.

  • Oversee a team of field auditors, providing guidance on interpreting store criteria policies and applying brand standards to their field observations to ensure overall store compliance.

  • Define, implement, and maintain standardized store criteria policy and field audit guidelines to ensure consistent tracking and measurement of critical elements across all store visits.

  • Lead the execution of audits, traveling to markets weekly based on business needs, to directly observe and evaluate business processes and procedures.

  • Manage a post-mortem process after each audit cycle, creating action plans to address identified issues, inspecting action items are resolved and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel distributors and field partners to gather insights, share observations, ensure audit effectiveness, and feed the feedback loop.

  • Analyze audit data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

  • Maintain an unbiased perspective throughout the data analysis process to ensure the integrity of observations.

  • Contribute to the development of compelling presentations to communicate status updates and key findings to senior leadership.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Indirect retail experience.

  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 75% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience leading a team.

  • Experience with prepaid exclusive or authorized retailers.

  • Master's degree (MBA or related field).

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Smartsheet.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills for all levels of management.

  • Excellent managerial and communication skills.

  • Strong prioritization, critical thinking, and reporting skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and design principles for impactful presentations.

Where you'll be working

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $118,000.00 and $219,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
