What you'll be doing...

As a Senior Manager in the Digital Transformation Team, you'll be leading multiple programs and providing insights and scenario planning with recommendations for action and insights to achieve operational excellence.

  • Responsible for the planning and development of strategic management programs with a focus on improving performance, growing market share, and strengthening business sustainability.

  • Develop and manage plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals for assigned business organizations.

  • Responsible for addressing how the company competes in the marketplace and/or the ways in which the company can achieve its objectives within a particular business or business unit (e.g., strategic decisions regarding competitive advantage, customer satisfaction, cost leadership).

You will be a key member as part of the Insights Modeling and Scenario Planning Team. What we're looking for:

  • Design thinking capability to translate abstract problem statements into meaningful analysis that can be executed to achieve organizational goals.

  • Collaborating with partners from multiple functions to drive org-wide initiatives.

  • Development and creation of data to answer strategic, business and financial questions.

  • Assist with simulation and outcome models aligned to our market and against competitive analysis.

  • Self-started, takes initiative and can work with minimal direction.

  • Analyze risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and providing input on operational or enterprise risks for an organization.

  • Conduct financial modelling by performing what-if scenarios to better provide answers and understanding of the impact of each financial decision or investments.

  • Integrate data from multiple sources into timely, accessible, and relevant reports, ensuring data quality and reliability.

  • Presenting results and recommendations using data while gaining next steps alignment from key stakeholders.

  • Navigating program management, data analysis, research, and business performance.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience, demonstrated through work experience

  • Demonstrated experience with strategic planning the development and creation of data to answer strategic, business and financial questions

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Exposure to change management.

  • Experience in consulting, the ability to be persuasive as well as thinking outside the box.

  • Experience presenting compelling stories, understanding key financial levers, business performance results, and recommendations.

  • High proficiency levels on MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ GSuite.

  • Telecom domain/industry exposure.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with scenario planning and recommendations for action and insights

  • Exploring multiple possible futures, including unexpected disruptions and shifts

  • Master's in Business Administration

  • Problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable working both independently and, in a team setting.
