Compensation: $23.63/hour This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance. We are seeking Level 1 Maintenance Interns to join our team at Livingston Winery during the harvest season (July-November). As a Maintenance Intern, you will work under general supervision to directly support maintenance mechanics with installing, repairing and maintaining all equipment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting winery equipment and to drive continuous improvement of equipment operation control systems. Responsibilities include testing equipment for conformance to specifications, rebuilding and fabricating parts, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit intrapreneurship and ownership behaviors, with a willingness to think boldly, take appropriate risks, and hold themselves and others accountable. This is a rotating shift position, with one month on day, one month on swing, and one month on graveyard. Satisfactory attendance is required.
