Genesis10 is seeking a Project Coordinator/Data Analyst. This role is with a utility company in West Allis, WI. This is a contract, 12+ month position. Compensation: $28.00 - 30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience level. Responsibilities: Act as a Project Coordinator for major projects, trailer assignments, and assemble the booklet 3 times per year Set up paving and GDAM projects in our work management system (STORMS) and database (CPMD) Manage and route various STORMS requirements Schedule work to internal and external construction crews Provide data analysis and reporting to support the construction-to-design feedback process Support Projects Supervisors with reporting, data entry, and tracking of various programs Other short-term projects on behalf of the Major Projects Project Supervisors Requirements: Associate's degree in business or a related field In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of related experience will be considered Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple systems and different customer groups Knowledge of SQL and SAP. Experience in creating and documenting processes in Microsoft Word and Excel Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel Experience with creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint Professionalism is required to work with sensitive data/information Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
