Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the "jewel" of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our manufacturing operations team. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to help optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with manufacturing knowledge to drive data-informed decision making across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze production data, including throughput, quality metrics, and down time

* Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data

* Collaborate with production teams to understand processes and implement data-driven improvements

* Generate regular reports for management highlighting operational performance

* Support inventory analysis and forecasting

* Assist in data collection for quality control and compliance purposes

* Recommend process improvements based on data insights

* Innovate and implement new technologies to support Digital Initiatives

Education Specifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

Experience Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in manufacturing or operations

* Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

* Familiarity with manufacturing operations and terminology

* Ability to create and modify web-based dashboards

* Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Preferred Skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience with SQL or other database query languages

* Programming experience in Python or R

* SCADA development experience - Ignition platform a plus

* Web development skills including HTML and CSS

* JavaScript knowledge for interactive data visualizations

* Experience with ERP or MES systems a plus
