Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our manufacturing operations team. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to help optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with manufacturing knowledge to drive data-informed decision making across the organization. Job Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze production data, including throughput, quality metrics, and down time Education Specifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Experience Requirements
