Job Details Business Intelligence Analyst IIJob Description Business Intelligence Analyst II Position Duties: Responsible for the collection and analysis of content sourced from the enterprise electronic medical records (EMR) reporting database and managing the design, build, testing, and implementation of business intelligence (BI) solutions. Develop and aggregate analytical content sourced from the enterprise EMR reporting database. Troubleshoot enterprise BI tools, system and software. Support projects in building data models and visualizations. Develop and execute relational and multidimensional database queries. Conduct quality measure analytics to provide valuable insights into the specific areas which require attention. Manage new data requests by incorporating Agile methodologies. Develop reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision making. Communicate with end users to conduct needs assessment and determine reporting requirements. Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field and 1 year of experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) data, operational workflows, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau), and conducting needs assessments. Aptitude test required. Limited telework is permitted; must reside within 2 hour commuting distance. Hours: 40 hours/week Rate of Pay: $74,600 to $98,400 per year The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
