The UI / UX Designer with CPS Solutions, LLC will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive interfaces that meet the unique needs of pharmacists, administrators, and patients. This work will directly contribute to improving how users interact with our tools, ensuring they are both functional and delightful to use.

MUST be able to work in the US without sponsorship or any restrictions (H1B, Student Visa, etc)

Pay Range: $105-$130,000

Primary Responsibilities: (not all inclusive)

  • Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and responsive, mobile experiences, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with healthcare professionals and end-users to gather insights and validate designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Establish, maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate and refine designs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), WCAG web content accessibility guidelines and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; or equivalent experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS or healthcare-related products
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions, ideally in B2B or healthcare applications
  • Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable designs
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
