Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center; advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unit radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City. Responsibilities Performs all procedures relevant to breast imaging. A comprehensive approach to breast health is utilized in accordance with departmental policy at the three sites of service. These include the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammography service, and the mobile mammography van. Participates in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities and demonstrates exceptional patient service skills. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology program Currently ARRT - R and Texas Department of Health Registered Current BLS certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire within 30 days Preferred Job Requirements: Preferred mobile mammography experience Certified in Mammography, ARRT - M registered preferred
