We seek the following:

Career oriented, with a long-term outlook on employment

Experience working in an office, sales, and/or in manufacturing working with mechanical/hydraulic

equipment

Prior engineering, repair, or maintenance experience is a plus but not necessary

Mechanically inclined, or previous experience in heavy industry or mobile equipment a plus but not necessary

Leadership abilities

Good communication and organizational skills

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to innovate and make positive changes

Proficient with a computer

Understand our customer's urgent needs

Primary responsibilities include:

Ensure all administrative duties are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with company guidelines

Schedule, assist, and quoting of incoming and outgoing jobs

Work with the outside sales team on new leads, pertinent info regarding customers' needs and expectations

Ensure that all paperwork is processed according to procedures

Proactive approach when dealing with customers

Work with colleagues to provide a better, more efficient workplace

Provide exceptional service to our customers over the phone, through email, and in person.
