CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Aviation Segment Leader to join our Corporate - Business Development Team at any of the following office locations: Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Duluth, GA; Savannah, GA; Winter Springs, FL; Tampa, FL; Miami, FL; or working from home. YOUR IMPACT Every airport, regardless of its size, depends on a unique set of facilities and infrastructure to meet the specific needs of their community, stakeholders and partners. The CHA team excels in delivering specialized airside, landside, and facility-related planning and design. We bring a wealth of experience to our aviation clients so they can continue to be viable assets to the communities they serve. The Aviation Segment Leader will be responsible for leading the growth of the Aviation segment across all relevant business lines and positioning the company for future overall growth. The professional in this role will develop a Market Segment specific growth strategy, help each business line develop their strategies, and work with the leadership teams to execute these plans with the ultimate objective of growing the Market Segment to the maximum revenue possible. Our Aviation Segment Leader will collaborate with various teams including Key Account Managers, Client Advocates, and Market Business Development Managers to seek new relationships within the Market Segment, support ongoing business development efforts, and grow both current and new tiered and targeted clients to maximize services provided. This individual will be measured by performance relative to financial metrics such as, but not limited to, bookings, opportunity pipeline growth, new clients and cross-selling services. Bachelor's degree required
SALARY RANGE: $175,000 - $220,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
