The Fortinet Training Institute is looking for an experienced Content/eLearning Developer to help produce high-quality, written, and visual eLearning content for the "Future Professionals in Cybersecurity" program, which is part of the Fortinet K-12 curriculum. The "Future Professionals in Cybersecurity" program is a set of electives and technical courses designed to be taught to high school students who want to pursue a technical career in cybersecurity. You will develop training for high-school students and teachers using industry-standard instructional design principles.

As a eLearning Developer, you will:




  • Design, develop, and maintain technical training content for high-school teachers and students.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze student needs and assemble and deliver key information.
  • Work with other content developers to balance and support multiple projects and priorities.
  • Produce e-learning, graphics, video, written content, visual media content, and audio recordings/voiceovers.
  • Contribute to improving processes and standards for the team.



We Are Looking for an ideal candidate who has:



  • Developing storyboards for various training content.
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Publishing and sharing Articulate Storyline and Rise files while maintaining consistency with templates and LMS publishing requirements.
  • Quality control check on LMS platform UI text, formatting text for sending to translation, formatting returned and translated files into the proper format for publishing to the LMS platform.
  • Developing learning content: writing scripts, consulting with SMEs, planning out Storyline and Rise files, creating assets (videos, sourcing images from Getty, collaborating with the editing and technical review teams).
  • Reviewing content to ensure alignment with instructional design best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content team to innovate for future design changes to later versions of the content.
  • Other duties as required.

Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
