The Principal Procurement Proect Manager will work with Delivery Stream to incorporate procurement execution tools and resources into a centralized software suite. Candidate will coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure functionality is scoped, prioritized, and implemented into the platform. Candidate will manage multiple work streams directly supporting project opportunities related to AP1000, AP300, eVinci, and other products within the Energy Systems Portfolio.

Your Day to Day:



  • Scope Management:
  • Drive/Support identification and development of functionality.
  • Maintain backlog of scope to support developer resources.
  • Drive execution of scope based on priorities.
  • Drive/Support issue resolution (as needed).
  • Lead meetings with cross functional teams to mange scope development and implementation.


  • Program Management:
  • Maintain and distribute reporting metrics to stake holders.
  • Maintain and distribute schedule and forecasts for all scope.
  • Develop and maintain process for functionality enhancements.
  • Maintain Subject Matter Experts organization to continue building on functionality.
  • Develop job aids for users.
  • Manage training classes as new functionality is rolled out and new users are onboarded.
  • Ensure the Westinghouse Quality Release (QR) has been completed to support shipment.
  • Ensure the QR and associated Quality Assurance Data Package (QADP) have been archived in PRIME.
  • Send QR/QADP to the site or customer (as defined by the project) after it has been archived in PRIME to aid in receipt and turnover of equipment.
  • Work with Westinghouse Logistics to arrange for shipment. Complying with applicable procedures and standards and ensuring all standards and processes are adequately described in Level 2 and 3 procedures.



Who You Are:



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience preferred in the Power Generation or Nuclear Industries but could be in any of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Refineries, Offshore Oil Production Platforms, Ship Building, Manufacturing Plants, Supply Chain, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in a programming software is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent in English, secondary language skills a plus but not required.
  • Willing to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development.




5-20% Varies by project demand. Mostly travel to Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungaria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, etc.)



Mobile - Combination remote and office work environment. Negotiable, prefer minimum 2 days in the office a week for team collaboration.
