We are seeing a motivated and detail-oriented Project coordinator to joint our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on execution experience in delivering in-person programs, experience managing target audiences and attendance, and strong communication skills (drafting, coordination, follow-up).
*100% REMOTE (W2 ONLY)* Open to following states only: Region 1: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Wyoming Region 2: Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin *Required Skills*: Hands-on Execution Experience: The ideal candidate should have practical experience in delivering in-person programs, managing target audiences, and attendance. This includes coordinating and executing large-scale events and trainings. Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for this role. The candidate should be proficient in drafting, coordinating, and following up on communications related to project support and execution. Experience in Big Consulting or Similar Environments: While not mandatory, having experience in Big Four or big consulting firms is preferred. This experience helps in understanding the dynamics of large-scale projects and in-person/live learning environments Strong Excel/Google sheets skills (i.e. pivots, reporting, etc.) Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable system knowledge, Cvent or Cornerstone system experience, Project management/managing multiple priorities, writing skills (clear concise emails, announcement writing, etc.) Onsite or Virtual event delivery experience *Location & Travel:* * Region: Open to all four regions. * Travel: Higher likelihood of travel than traditional roles due to increased in-person events, but not a deal breaker. No single ideal location. * Target start date: ~June 1st. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.84 - $34.26/hr.
