We are in search of a Project Manager II or Project Manager III to join our Project Management department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Director, Project Management and is primarily accountable for the planning, management and successful completion of various projects for the Infrastructure services department related to network technologies, end-user equipment and software and phone and audio/video systems. This role will coordinate agile continuous delivery activities as a member of the Microsoft Delivery Team focused on M365 applications and Azure services. The Project Manager will operate in a Business Analyst capacity to evaluate processes, document business requirements and deliver intended business outcomes, including employee technology adoption. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level II: $64,600 - $97,500; bonus at target is 10% of salary. Level III: $78,000 - $122,100; bonus at target is 12% of salary. Job Requirements
- Manage assigned projects to successful completion within scope, schedule and budget.
- Facilitate discussion with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project and intended outcomes are clearly defined.
- Facilitate agile delivery concepts including spring planning, daily standup meetings, and retrospectives.
- Define project scope, budget, timelines and milestones required to meet business objectives.
- Organize and lead kickoff and check-point meetings, communicating clear objectives, providing meeting notes and tracking action items.
- Communicate clearly expectations and success criteria to team members, vendor partners, and other stakeholders.
- Engage contract resources and managed service providers to accomplish tasks.
- Identify requirements, manage resources, and track activities to ensure deliverable completion; regularly report on status.
- Identify and actively manage risks, develop contingency or mitigation plans, and facilitate resolutions to issues and other conflicts as necessary.
- Ensure the projects are completed in accordance with organization's project management methodologies and meet all product development IT general controls.
- Lead development and of organizational change management plans associated with the projects and sprints, including design of new business processes, procedures, training and communication. Support employee adoption by ensuring these activities are planned and completed.
- Spend approximately 10% of time in a Business Analyst capacity to evaluate process, develop solutions and requirements.
- Spend approximately 10% of time in an Organizational Change Management capacity to assess change impact and develop / implement change management plans.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the organization's business practices, products and key systems.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Generally, requires at least four years' progressively complex experience in a project manager or similar role leading multiple small to large projects.
- Understanding of basic Azure services and Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, Window 10/11 and security principles.
- Familiarity with end-user equipment and software deployment.
- Ability to understand technical issues and facilitate efficient resolutions.
- Experience in leading technical design and implementation projects, with skills in documenting requirements and facilitating successful project execution.
- Expertise in Scrum, Sprints, Kanban, and other agile practices.
- Strong knowledge of project management and business analysis concepts.
- Proven success in working with aggressive schedules and complex requirements.
- Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources and translate into actionable items and timelines.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and persuade team members, while promoting self-organization, open communication and decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of audiences.
- Ability to train other project managers and business analysts.
- Ability to work under limited direction using initiative based on experience and knowledge.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements
- PMP and PMI-ACP/Agile certification.
- Experience with vendor management and communication.
- Ability to balance stakeholder and organizational priorities across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Expert organizational skills to manage large-scale projects with multiple teams and organization-wide implications.
