Job Summary The Assistant Director of Cafe Management supports daily operations at a NYC healthcare facility-the Koch Center-with $3M in annual revenue. The location includes a weekday-only coffee bar and cafe serving patients and staff, with a team of approximately 15. This role focuses on team leadership, client relationship management, financial performance, and execution of high-quality food service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the cafe and coffee bar Partner with Chef and management to ensure nutritious, high-quality food offerings Launch new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams Maintain strong client relationships within the healthcare setting Manage, train, and develop a team of ~15 associates Support and track financial performance to meet $3M revenue targets Perform other assigned duties Qualifications: 1-3 years of food service management experience Experience in healthcare, restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, or military Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Associate's degree preferred Apply to CulinArt today!
